TIME
Module 4 · 5 min
Everyone gets 24 hours. What we do with them is different.
Try this first: You have one minute
Do something useful. That's all. You decide what.
Five ways to use time: What did you do?
Which one was yours? Tap each.
- Consume · Enjoy or use something, like watching a short video
- Better yourself · Learn, practice, exercise, breathe
- Help someone · A friend, a teacher, your family
- Create · Make something new, like a sketch or a poem
- Exchange · Make something someone else values
The idea: Time is scarce
None of the five is wrong. Rest and fun matter too. The question is: did you choose?
“Time is scarce. What matters is what you do with the time you have.”
Find your minutes: Hidden time
Small pieces of time are everywhere.
- The bus ride · Revise, listen, or think about a problem
- Waiting time · Read one page
- Phone time · Set a limit, then stop
- Early morning · 15 quiet minutes before the house wakes up
Compounding: Little and often
Ten minutes every day beats two hours once a month.
Your turn: Pause & ponder
What did you do in your minute? What would you do with one free hour today?
Apply: Try this week
Tomorrow, choose one 10-minute slot and use it on purpose.
At night, ask yourself: what did those 10 minutes give me?
Well done!
