  • Over 28 years of Finance and Treasury experience across multiple regions
  • Worked for 16 years with Procter and Gamble (MNC) and held several finance leadership roles in India, Japan, Belgium and the USA
  • CFA from USA, MBA from IIM-L, Electronics Engineer from NIT, Nagpur, schooling from Saraswati Vidyalaya, Nagpur (studied on scholarships till her engineering)

Shrimati comes from a humble yet very happy and proud lower middle class family. She was born in Chennai and moved to Nagpur with her parents when she was one. Youngest of five sisters (no brothers) her parents insisted on education for all their daughters. The values her parents taught her have shaped who she is. Shrimati loves animals, trekking, reading, and history. She is single (never married). A globe-trotter who has worked in 5 countries and visited 40 more, she speaks Hindi, English, Tamil and basic Japanese. Shrimati regularly counsels her seven nieces on career matters.
